Abs Only Want to get that six pack? Come to our Abs Only class which really concentrates on tightening up the core area which is key to a healthy back and strong abdominals.
3 x Max 3MAX is 3 intense 20 minute workouts. The first 20 minutes is Zumba, 2nd 20 minutes is cardio kickboxing and the third part is weight training and abs.
Body Max BodyMax is a complete body workout. The first part is cardio with weights in your hands working the upper body and the 2nd part is cardio focusing on the lower body. After that we work the abs to the max.
Body Pump A class which is never the same twice. Weights, steps, weighted bars and bands are regularly used in this class which concentrates on strength and toning.
Body Shape An energy driven class which is a mix of cardio, dance and kickboxing. Get your blood pumping in this fun and fast class for both beginners and the more advanced.
Boot Camp For those serious about getting in shape come along to our bootcamp. Outside exercise when the weather permits you’ll be running, skipping, doing press-ups and squats to get that high-impact conditioning.
Boxercise Boxercise combines the movements & agility of kickboxing with the non-contact & low impact of aerobics. Fat burning & muscle toning.
DanceTrance A fun, fast and friendly class where you’ll follow a choreographed dance routine to great music and lots of enthusiasm for both beginners and more experienced members.
Pilates Pilates emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, body awareness, and breathing, in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Join our experienced instructor to experience this mind-body system of strengthening, stretching and all-over body conditioning.
Spin Spin is a great way to increase your cardio levels as well as strengthening the legs and lower body. With starter, regular and power spin classes you’ll work at your own pace racing, sprinting and hill climbing to great music as you burn calories and improve your fitness. You’re bound to enjoy the heart thumping thrill you get from a spin class.
Squash Club Ouest has a squash court available to members. Squash is a great cardio workout, improves your hand eye co-ordination, boosts flexibility and sprint speed, and burns off calories. Just call to book a slot.
Yoga We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Hatha Yoga to suite all needs. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline originating from India over 5000 years ago. Join us to discover the benefits of this ancient practice.
Weight Room Whether you prefer free weights or machines we have a wide variety of both. In addition we have fit balls, resistance bands, boxing dummy and gloves, medicine balls, and much more.
Zumba Everyone has heard of Zumba - that high energy dance class with a Latin twist. Want to burn calories and have fun at the same time? Then try Zumba with Amy and Maria who are fully qualified Zumba instructors as well as great fun. They’ll have you moving round the dance floor to heart thumping music. Not to be missed! The drop-in option means you don’t have to be a member of Club Ouest to take advantage of this very popular class.
