Kelly is the owner and manager of Club Ouest and a fully trained and certified personal trainer. Kelly believes getting fit should be fun and manages the gym and her classes with this positive approach. Josee Baillargeon
Josee is the Co-ordinator of the Therapeutic Fitness Program at the Ben Weider
YM-YWHA in Montreal. She is a former ICU nurse and a Charge nurse at the Cardiac Catheterization Lab located in the Jewish General Hospital. She brings a wealth of medical knowledge to training clients with medical conditions, and specializes in the post rehabilitation of injuries. Josee has presented workshops for the YMCA Montreal, YMHA Montreal and presented in San Francisco at the IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association) convention on How To Integrate The Medical Client Into Your Facility in 2011.
Josee is presently completing a specialized course with PTA global training and has recently completed a 3 year course of Soma Training with Guy Voyer, Osteopath.
Josee had been teaching HIIT-Bootcamp classes. She holds a black belt in
Kyokushin Karate.

Karen Quilliam
Karen has been teaching fitness classes and personal training for almost 15 years.
She is a certified fitness leader by Canfitpro and is also certified to teach Zumba
and Pilates. She is very passionate about exercise and good health and loves to
share it with everyone.
Her most common phrase is: "Suck in your belly"!

Bruce Best
Bruce Best is a fully certified fitness consultant and has been training since he was 16 years old. He has an excellent knowledge of fitness and nutrition, so if you’re looking to lose some weight, gain some muscle, or just stay in shape Bruce can assist you. He’s tough yet fair and guarantees that if you put in the work, he can help you attain your goals. Bruce played sports competitively and therefore has a good knowledge on how to prepare you for your season or keep you in game-shape throughout the season.
Mike Lendvay
Mike has been a personal trainer for 25 years (19 of these at Club Ouest) and has trained athletes at amateur and professional levels in soccer, hockey, football, squash, swimming, and running, amongst others. In addition Mike’s expertise extends to weight management and nutrition advice and he specializes in post stroke and heart patients helping them to tailor their training towards regaining mobility and fitness levels. Mike Body Shaping Class uses weights and cardio to assist in weight loss and toning. Mike’s approach to exercise is to keep people active by making work-outs fun and exciting.
Linda Young
Linda is a qualified instructor in Spin, Group Fitness, Weight Room and Personal Training and has been in the business for 22 years. Linda can train you individually or in small groups to help you target those problem areas, improve your fitness or lose weight. You can also join Linda in her fun and challenging spin classes or her Body Pump class where you’ll focus on form, body alignment and strength training.
Catherine Norris B.S. Éduc.Phys.
Catherine provides biomechanically precise instruction in order to lead her students to progress in their yoga practice. Her classes focus on lengthening, stretching and strengthening in a pleasant and safe manner.
She has been practicing Hatha yoga for ten years and is a certified yoga teacher recognized by Fédération Francophone de Yoga and a C.O.R.F.I.T. personal trainer. Catherine's yoga classes are traditional yoga, based on poses and breathing. Her classes are beginner to intermediate levels, suitable for first timers. She also teaches ABS ONLY, a thirty minute class aimed at toning and strengthening the abdominal region.
Phil Zemaitis
Phil is an experienced personal trainer with a history of success in improving fitness levels and all over body conditioning. Phil regularly takes part in triathalons and marathons as well as competitive sports and brings buckets of enthusiasm to his training and classes . Phil will make you work hard but he’ll also make it fun. You can also join Phil at his Spin classes for a fast and friendly cardio workout.
Betty Helferty
Betty was a nurse for 25 years in a range of fields and only really started to work out seriously in my mid 40s. Since then she has transformed into an energized, fit, slim, toned, and healthy person with the help of a personal trainer at Club Ouest. She was inspired by her achievements to become a personal trainer herself and is now fully certified. Betty believes that whatever your age or fitness level you can transform your shape and health with exercise and nutritional advice.
